GENERAL: LZK Flow Auto Controller is an integral mechanical and electrical high-tech product. It assembles the flow meter, flow control valve and flow controller. The controller has a tight structure, a visual display, a high control precision, rot/corrosion proofness, fouling prevention, alternating current and direct current dual-purpose, flow manual control or automatic flow control and other merits. The flow meter of LZK Flow Auto Controller constitutes of impeller, axle and axle bearing that have been treated specifically. The meter functions well in preventing fouling of the sewage on spot and the impeller timbering assembly is easily taken out of the meter cover which are very convenient for the periodic verification of the flow meter. The executive control mechanism of the flow control valve is the alternating current electrical machine with the reduction gear. It has manual device. When the alternating current interrupts, the flow meter can work normally because of the internal power source. At this moment the valve can be controlled manually. The hand wheel is very light for the reduction gear, so the resolution ratio of regulating is relatively high. The application of the advanced electronic technology makes the complete controller have a fairly high stability and anti-jamming ability. | |

When the measured medium is flowing through the controller, the medium’s impact makes the impeller rotate. The rotating speed of the impeller is in direct proportion to the quantity of flow within the definite flow range. The rotation of the impeller makes the blade be successively close to the sensor in the cover, and makes the magnetic flux passing through the coil change thus produces the pulse signal which is in direct proportion to the quantity of flow. The signal shows the accumulative flow value after the date processing. During the operating period, the user sets the flow value by keys. The controller compares the actual flow value with the set value. The controller drives the electrical machine close the valve when the set value is reached. It still preserves the original set value, erases the present flow value and makes next period start again.
