SF Serials Intelligent Flow Integrating Instruments (SFI) with auto-compensation and accumulating calculation is applicable in the measurements for various liquids, vapors, natural gas and ordinary gases.  It has been widely used for flow-controlling with accumulating calculation in the fields of biology, oil, chemical engineering, metallurgy, electric power, pharmacy, food engineering, energy managing, mechanical engineering, aviation and astronautics. 

SF Serials Intelligent Flow Integrating Instruments (SFI) adopts single-chip microprocessor for controlling as to increase greatly the system stability, reliability and security. 

SF Serials Intelligent Flow Integrating Instruments (SFI) has kinds of signal-input functions as to connect with various differential pressure flow sensors, pressure flow sensors and frequency flow sensors (such as eddy street, turbine, orifice flow sensors).

SF Serials Intelligent Flow Integrating Instruments (SFI) supports multi-machine communication since it has kinds of standard serial output with communicating baud rate of 3009600bps.  The instrument can communicate, by arbitrary setting internal parameters, with various devices carrying serial input/output (such as computer, programmable controller, PLC) to form energy computation and managing system.  It can conveniently extend to net managing of multi SFI with the upper computer, by means of combining with SF series Career  configuration software of industrial control.

SF Serials Intelligent Flow Integrating Instruments (SFI) can directly connect with micro serial printer to realize prompt and timing printing for transient flow measured value, time, current accumulated flow value, full 11digits accumulated flow value, input value of flow (differential pressure, frequency), input value of pressure compensation and input value of temperature compensation. 

SF Serials Intelligent Flow Integrating Instruments (SFI) possesses very wide display range.  It can display full 5 digits of measured value of transient flow099999 bitand full 11 digits of measured value of accumulated flow (099999999999 bit).  It can accumulate flow to the accuracy of 0.001.  it can make the maximum accumulated value to 999999999.99×100 by setting the internal parameters. 

SF Serials Intelligent Flow Integrating Instruments (SFI) adopts the all-digit auto-adjusting function of computer so that there is no movable part to make it certain that the system will operate reliably and without accident. 

SF Serials Intelligent Flow Integrating Instruments (SFI) calculates by means of checking tables to automatically control, by accumulate and calculate, overheat steam and saturated steam in very high accuracy.

      Can select the alarm output of relay high and low limit with LED indicating alarm.. 

QUANTITATIVE CONTROLLING METHOD

    Can select relay controlling with LED indicating output when the getting the set flow value. Can select relay controlling quantitative flow process with LED indicating output.

COMMUNICATING METHOD  

     Bi-directional serial communicating, such as RS-232, RS-422, RS-485 and so on. 

     The baud rate(3009600bps) can be arbitrarily set by setting internal parameter.

     The system adopts principal and subordinate communicating method as to  realize communicating of multi SF instruments with microcomputers

SETTING METHOD  

  Faceplate key touching setting digits.  Keep set values permanently if power is broken.  Lock set parameters by password. 

PROTECTTING METHOD

  Auto reset by programming if the voltage is too low. Auto reset by programming if the operation is abnormal(Watch Dog). Since power is broken keep the accumulated flow value for more than two years and keep set parameters permanently.
