| As the under picture shows: It has quantificational chamber in the flowmeter body. when the liquid full of the chamber, it will push the rotator rotating by the pressure of the liquid. Counting the rotating will get the flow of the liquid. |

1.Pipe Connection See Left Picture a. The installing position should select without large vibration, extrem temperature and high magnetic field interfere. And the position is also easy installing and maintenance. b. When installing flowmeter to a new pipe, the pipe should be cleared thoroughly before install flowmeter to pipe. c. The flowmeter can be installed at any angle. There should leave enough space for maintenance.The picture is a sample of installation. d. Please notice that the flow direction should same as the arrow on the flowmeter body. e. A filter or strainer should install before the flowmeter avoid flowmeter blocked by impurity. When gas content in the measured liquid, A gas eliminitor recommend to install before flowmeter. A gas eliminitor can expell the gas in the liquid to better the accuracy. f. The flow adjusting valve should install down stream of the flowmeter. g. When the meterhead can not easily to be read, the user can remove the bolt of the flowmeter and circled the meterhead to the easily read direction. h. For the material of cast steel steel flowmeter, there should avoid water flow in the flowmeter. The water may cause the rotator rust and block.
